Christine Colley’s impact reaches beyond Fountain Hills

Connecting cultures

Christine Colley’s work in Fountain Hills has never been limited by geography, with decades of community leadership extending well beyond the town’s borders. From student exchanges to international partnerships, Colley’s work has centered on one idea: bringing people together across cultures while strengthening communities close to home.

“Fountain Hills has a strong culture of volunteerism that’s both highly regarded and contagious,” Colley said. “There are countless opportunities to get involved.”

Originally from Germany, Colley made Fountain Hills her home more than 30 years ago. Her connection to community work began with a student exchange program with a German town, a natural fit that blended her background with a desire to create opportunities for others.
