Christ’s Church of Fountain Hills recently teamed up with faith-based Phoenix nonprofit organization IdentiFreed to support the needs of local women affected by human trafficking and met with unforeseen mechanical issues along the way.
A total of 17 members of Christ’s Church went to Phoenix Tuesday, June 25, to take part in a worship service, baptism, training and outreach on the streets of Phoenix to hand out food, clothes and hygiene bags to women on the street.
After making two stops, the bus broke down at the corner of 27th Avenue and Indian School Rd. in Phoenix.
