The Billy Graham Evangelistic Association is leading a full-day crisis response seminar at Christ’s Church in Fountain Hills Saturday, Aug. 17, to train community members on how to handle crisis from a Biblical perspective.
Sharing Hope in Crisis (SHIC) is a six-hour seminar that will cover information on the effects of trauma, the Biblical view of suffering, appropriate listening skills, the ministry of hope and more.
SHIC is a series of seminars held around the country led by the Billy Graham Rapid Response Team to train and deploy followers of Jesus Christ to minister to the emotional and spiritual needs of those in crisis.
