Christ’s Church of Fountain Hills to discuss improving family relationships

Women’s ministry

The women’s ministry at Christ’s Church of Fountain Hills is holding a special event focused on improving familial relationships.

The event will be held from 9 to 10:30 a.m. on Aug. 8 at the CCFH’s student center, 15555 E. Bainbridge Ave., according to a press release. Titled “Get Up Girl! August Meet Up,” the event will see frequent churchgoer and healthcare executive Dr. Nina Goulet speak on how to improve relationships with adult children, extended family and more.

“The teaching is focused on every person’s relationships in our lives and how we deal with them,” said Dee Pavia, the leader of the women’s ministry at CCFH and wife of the lead pastor. “The subjects focus on our thoughts to consider what is happening with others as a means to minister externally, versus viewing our own personal perspective.”
