Civic-minded students tour Fountain Hills Town Hall

After Fountain Hills Middle School science teacher and student-government advisor John Engels had time to reflect on a field trip, he realized he wasn’t simply impressed with how much the students learned and absorbed.

Engels was also impressed with how the FHMS leadership team tackled the trip overall.

Engels took a group of more than a dozen middle-schoolers to Fountain Hills Town Hall on Nov. 5.
