Hundreds turned out again this year for the Fountain Hills High School Christmas Concert. The audience included many of the community citizens who contributed to the Band Instrument Fund Raising Project started by the OK Chorale Cowboy Trio this past spring.

Acknowledging the urgent need to replace many of their worn-out instruments at the school, the good people of our community donated almost $55,000 to the cause. Our community treasure, Lynn Truby, thanked those attending for their wonderful support and led the band and choir in another memorable concert.

The list of kind and thoughtful people who contributed to the fund included: Sunset Kiwanis, Vivian Verden, Joanne Moreland, Ann and Ryan Tjeerdsma, Barbara and Gary Oakeson, National Preforming Artist and John and Kathleen Kizer.

Also, Case and MaryAnn Vilandre, Ann Pooch, Russell and Geraldine Roberts, Patricia Belmont and Dan Carlson, Noon Kiwanis, Golden Eagle Foundation, Terese Knapik, The Dwight and Laura Johnson Trust, The Langston Foundation, Jerry and Jackie Miles, Andy and Sara Tasnady, Noon Rotary, FHCCA, and the FHHS Band Boosters.

Finally, Gayla Golusin, Parsons and Goltry, David Hammel, Tony and Sandy Pistilli, The OK Chorale Trio, Beverly Downs, The Scottsdale Museum of the West/OK Chorale Trio Concert Series, FH Oktoberfest Veterans Charity, Barb and Fred Hansen, Melba Versaw, Judith Link, Carl and Eunice Feinberg, Lynn Hoghaug, Lee Cornell, Four Peaks Rotary, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Riggert, John and Pat Rees, Ed Buler, Eugene Mikolajczyk, Allen and Monica Groven and Peter Herstein.

The FHHS Band wants all of you to know how thankful they are for your amazing support.
