The Planning and Zoning Commission will meet this week to consider a concept plan for an expansion for the Mods for Rods business on Parkview Ave.
Business owners Randal and Jolene Johnson are proposing to build a 4,480-square-foot building on a vacant lot adjacent to their existing building. The new annex will be used as an automotive repair and modification shop.
The automotive uses are permitted in the C-2 zoning district under the town’s Zoning Ordinance.
