Constance Louise Boetig, 95, died on Sept. 21, 2016 in Scottsdale, in the loving company of her son, Paul.
Born in Brooklyn, N.Y. on Dec. 8, 1920 to the late Charles and Pauline Schiatta, she graduated from James Madison High School and St. Elizabeth’s School of Nursing in N.J.
Her husband of 43 years, Robert Boetig, and her brother, Anthony Schiatta, predeceased her.
Connie’s survivors include five sons, Robert (Joan), Allen (Donna), Christopher (Jeanne), Jeffery and Paul Boetig; 10 grandchildren; twenty-five great grandchildren; and her brother, Charles Schiatta.
Connie was a loving mother, a generous care giver, and devoted to her nursing profession.
A funeral mass will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 10, at St. Bernard of Clairvaux, 10755 N. 124th St., Scottsdale, followed by interment with her husband at Paradise Memorial Gardens in Scottsdale.
