Fountain Hills residents will be affected by several ongoing road construction projects for up to the next year and a half. The Times will keep you updated on the latest information regarding these projects.

Shea Boulevard: Lane restrictions are in place along Shea between Saguaro Boulevard and Technology Drive to allow for drainage work along he shoulder. Motorists should use caution driving through the area between the Beeline Highway and Technology Drive. Duration: June 2015.

Beeline Highway: The Arizona Department of Transportation has a highway improvement project between Fountain Hills and Payson, just north of Sunflower. There is a major widening project on the Loop 101 Freeway in Scottsdale between Shea Boulevard and the Loop 202 interchange in the Tempe/Mesa area. Use caution driving in the area. Duration: 2016.
