Construction has begun for the Red Rock Park Condominiums in the RedRock Business Center next to the MCO Realty offices on the corner of Shea and Saguaro boulevards.
A gate surrounding the 1.62-acre parcel is up with a notice of construction to start in the middle of December for the 17 two-story residential units with six buildings. Drivers are advised to use alternate access routes to the center off Monterey Drive or off of Shea Boulevard, according to the posted notice.
Fountain Hills Planning and Zoning Commission voted unanimously in November 2021 and passed by 4-3 vote by the town council in December that year.
