Only $4 million to expand “coot haven.” Small price to pay to assist our wildlife, don't you agree?

Maybe we should apply those funds to an enclosed pool where the kiddos won’t get so sunburned. Just remember that all that bottom muck in the fountain lake is not only mud. Charging admission is not a bad idea.
