Corey: Keeping Fountain Hills a place to call home

Posted

Hello, neighbors.

I’m Clayton Corey, and I’m grateful to have called Fountain Hills my home for nine years. When I first arrived, it was the natural beauty and iconic fountain that drew me in. But what truly made me stay is the strong sense of community we all share — where local businesses know your name, and neighbors look out for one another.

In my roles on the Planning and Zoning Commission and the Fountain Hills Sanitary District, I’ve had the opportunity to work on projects that preserve our town’s unique charm while also supporting smart, sustainable growth. I’m running for Town Council because I believe we need to keep Fountain Hills the place we all love by ensuring thoughtful development, reliable infrastructure and a government that listens.

Our Council’s decisions affect everything from land use and public safety to budgeting and community services. My commitment is to maintain and improve our streets and sidewalks, create accessible spaces for all ages and support growth that respects our character. Whether it’s modernizing our infrastructure or advocating for a balanced approach to development, I’ll bring my values of honesty, transparency and equality to every decision.

But it’s not just about policy. It’s about people. I’m here to listen and engage — whether it’s at a community event or a one-on-one conversation. I want to ensure that your voices shape the future of Fountain Hills.

Let’s keep our town thriving, connected and welcoming for all! Thank you for your support, and I look forward to continuing this conversation.
