Dave Montgomery has had a well-established engineering firm in Fountain Hills for more than three decades and has worked with the Town of Fountain Hills numerous times.
Councilman Dennis Brown, a local contractor, said he has worked with Montgomery numerous times over the years and recommends him highly.
The vote to approve the agreement was 6-0 with Vice Mayor Art Tolis absent.
