The regular agenda for the meeting includes consideration of a special event liquor permit for the town to serve alcohol at Fountain Park for the Music Fest event on Saturday, April 6.
In conjunction with that permit the council will consider an agreement with Bone Haus Brewery to provide and serve alcohol for the event.

Council meets March 5

The Town Council will meet Tuesday, March 5, in council chambers at Town Hall beginning at 5:30 p.m.
The regular agenda for the meeting includes consideration of a special event liquor permit for the town to serve alcohol at Fountain Park for the Music Fest event on Saturday, April 6.
In conjunction with that permit the council will consider an agreement with Bone Haus Brewery to provide and serve alcohol for the event.
The council will also consider a contract with a consultant, Willdan, for a user fee study.
An intergovernmental agreement with the Fountain Hills Sanitary District for construction of two restroom buildings and control rooms at Fountain Park is also on the agenda.
The buildings will also house equipment for recharge wells operated by the Sanitary District.
The council will consider a resolution to amend the Rules of Procedure for the town.
The agenda also includes a possible discussion on legislative action being considered by the Arizona State Legislature.
