Council, School Board to meet together Tuesday

The Town Council and the Fountain Hills Unified School District Board will meet for a joint session on Tuesday, Feb. 21, at 5:30 p.m. in council chambers at Town Hall.

Topics on the agenda for discussion include potential rezoning of district owned property for possible sale, update on State Trust Land, discussion of EVIT facility at the former Four Peaks School, school resource officer position, signs for recognition of high school state championship teams and other more routine joint use agreements between the town and the district.

The session is open to the public, but there will be no action taken by either body, nor opportunity for public comment.
