Council study session Tuesday

The Town Council has scheduled a study session for Tuesday, Nov. 10.
The topic for discussion will be proposed revisions to the Town Code, Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Ordinance.
The objective is primarily to update ordinances to meet current needs. Town Manager Grady Miller said some ordinances appear to be unfriendly towards business, while others are simply outdated.
There are a number of items that have been identified for council discussion.
The study session will be held Tuesday, Nov. 10, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in council chambers at Town Hall. The session is open to the public, but as no council action is taken public comment is not normally taken during study sessions.
