CrossFit Four Peaks in Fountain Hills raises $10,000 for gunshot survivor

Community comes together to support paraplegic athlete

CrossFit Four Peaks recently hosted a fitness competition and silent auction that raised $10,000 to purchase a custom wheelchair and gym equipment for one of the gym’s most dedicated members.

Erica Myron is an L1 paraplegic who has been an active member of CrossFit Four Peaks for two years.

She attends the gym three to five times a week, and gym owner Andrew Gonzales planned a CrossFit competition to raise funds to provide a more inclusive gym environment for adaptive athletes.
