The special Cruise-In event scheduled for today, Nov. 22, has been rescheduled to next Friday, Nov. 29, due to heavy rains forecasted through the weekend.
This Cruise-In event is planned to support the Extended Hands Food Bank of Fountain Hills. Members will still be meeting for the all-you-can-eat fish, chips and beverage dinner hosted out of Extended Hands this evening. Those who planned to attend the Cruise In are invited to join the dinner and bring their non-perishable food items along to be dropped off.
For those who can't make the dinner or next week's Cruise-In, donations may also be dropped off this Sunday at the Cruz'n @ Phil's event, hosted out of Phil's Filling Station at 12 noon. Bringing donations to the fish fry or Cruz'n event will guarantee they are delivered to Extended Hands in time for the especially busy Thanksgiving holiday.
