Curb painters not following code

Residents around Fountain Hills in recent days have been receiving flyers attached to their mailboxes offering to paint house numbers on the curb in front of their homes.

This team of curb painters does not have a business license to operate in Fountain Hills or a permit to solicit, and town officials want residents to know that while the business may be legitimate, it is not operating within Town Code requirements.

The company has been notified by email that they are not in compliance.
