I want people to know for their safety how dangerous is the intersection between Avenue of the Fountains and Verde River Drive.

This is what happened: we were on the Avenue going northwest when a car coming from the left, after having stopped at the stop post of Verde River Drive, crossed the intersection without realizing, maybe, that there was another lane to yield at least.

Luckily, though we had right of way, we managed to brake in time.

The problem could be easily solved by putting two stop signs, one for each direction of Verde River Drive in the middle of the intersection and/or painting the word stop and a clear stop line on the road.

This would create less confusion also for those who want to cross half of the intersection and turn left.

I hope the Town Council will take care of this safety problem in a short time.
