David Solski

David Solski passed away Jan. 19, 2015 with his wife Pat by his side. David was born in Milwaukee, Wis. Nov. 8, 1949.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leo and Ruth Solski; brother, Bill; and sister, Carol.

Dave was in the U.S. Air Force 1968-1972, stationed at Ramstein Air Base in Germany, and was a member of American Legion Post 58.

Dave and Pat were married Sept. 2, 1977 in Milwaukee. They moved to Fountain Hills full time in 2003 after Dave retired from AT&T with 30 years.

He loved the Arizona sun and heat and enjoyed playing golf. He traveled all around with Pat within the states and overseas, recently visiting their heritage Poland.

Ocean cruises were his favorite. Dave was an avid Green Bay Packer and Milwaukee Brewers fan and looked forward to going to Spring Training games here in Arizona.

Dave is survived by his wife, Pat; his sister, Sue Farkas, and niece, Meghan, in Madison, Wis. He is also a great uncle to Michael, Joseph and Bella, also in Madison. Dave has many extended relatives in Wisconsin and the Midwest area. He had kept in touch with long- time close friends in the Milwaukee area.

He golfed weekly with a group from Fountain Hills at courses around the Valley. He will be greatly missed by Pat and Mitzi.
