The Fountain Hills Unified Governing Board took a few more steps Feb. 18 in one of the most thorough and critical processes undertaken by school boards.
The board approved Thursday, March 5, as the deadline for applicants to apply online to be the next district superintendent. It also approved some of the framework by which it will handle the applicant information, once it comes in, and the posting.
“I added the qualifications about willingness to do some principal duties and the financial one about management skills,” outgoing Superintendent Cain Jagodzinski said about modifications he made to the qualifications that are part of the job description.
