Delay Justice

I strongly support the decision of the U.S. Senate to delay appointing a qualified judge to the Supreme Court until 2017.

This action will effectively neutralize and could prevent rulings on important issues for a long time.

The overall result will be a Federal Government “hat trick” with all branches being dysfunctional. This will leave local government to act with no concern about intervention of Washington so they can freely and unilaterally act on local affairs
