Almost every parent, grandparent and great grandparent, like myself, at the Fountain Lake park this weekend were complaining “there are not enough benches.” We would like to suggest at least two more benches at the small children’s park and three at the 5 years and up park. And maybe one or two benches at the music park? Please!
I love taking my great grandson to all three children’s parks in Fountain Hills. Each has its own charm. We really do need more benches. There are not only grandparents and great grandparents in need, but there are many pregnant mommies.
I hope the Parks and Recreation department will think about this in the future.
