Desert Mountain Church, a church just outside Fountain Hills that held its first service in January, is launching a new youth program.
The Desert Party Youth Group meets from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. every Tuesday at 21731 E. Thirsty Earth Trail as of March 3, according to head pastor Larry Webster. The program will work with middle school and high school students.
Leading the youth group will be Ava Infantino, a college student studying law at ASU, and a team of volunteers. Infantino is the daughter of a family friend of Webster, and participated in speech and debate competitions all over the globe.
