Develop meditation for harmonious relationships

If you are curious about the spiritual practice of meditation, you might want to attend a class in the Kadampa Buddhist tradition at The Fountains.
The church will offer a series in cooperation with the Kadampa Meditation Center in Phoenix.
Participants will learn to cultivate positive minds in meditation, such as kindness and empathy. By cultivating these positive minds, participants will develop deeper and more stable friendships and relationships.
The classes will be offered from 6:30 to 8 p.m., Wednesdays, and are available for beginners. Chairs will be provided.
Each class will include a relaxing guided meditation lasting 15 to 20 minutes, a practical teaching on developing a peaceful mind, and time for questions.
Classes are $10 per session. No registration is required.
Meditation teacher Tia Stokes has practiced Dharma for more than 20 years, Kadampa Buddhism since 2013 and teaching since 2016.
