Development concerns

On Thursday evening the Town Council will be considering the development concept proposal passed by the P&Z commission by a 6-0 vote on July 14, 2016. After considerable review and analysis of the proposal, the Thunder Ridge’s Board of Directors has formally submitted a letter of concern to the Council.

Our Board of Directors and numerous owners are strongly opposed to the construction of a 54-foot-tall independent senior living center at the intersection of Westby Dr. and the Avenue of the Fountains.

If you are also concerned about this project, for whatever reason, your attendance and expression of your concerns at this meeting are very important. Please be there. Thank You!
