The First Amendment gives American citizens the right to speak freely and openly about their beliefs without fear of oppression or retribution. Congress shall make no law restricting free speech and shall protect free speech rights for every American.
Every American has the right to believe, speak and act in accordance with their religious ideals both in public or private, and individually or with others. The government shall not in any manner interfere with peaceful religious practices. The government is prohibited from establishing a religious doctrine.
The Constitution is mute about advising and/or financially assisting a woman through birth control, fertilization, pregnancy, delivery or abortion processes. Therefore, both childbirth and aborting children are personal and family freedoms. The government should remove itself from advising or financing with either childbirth or abortion.
Every American naturally expects that the press (media) shall eliminate bias and prejudices from their reporting and recording of circumstances and events. The press (media), in order to be the public defenders of free speech, must unequivocally avoid being biased or prejudiced.
Democrats denied many individuals their right to speak the truth, to assemble together, or to state their grievances about erroneous COVID information and the vaccine’s ineffectiveness.
The Constitution legally confers many individual rights to every American citizen and these rights are unimpeachable by any government agency. The Constitution declares the government shall protect these individual rights and cannot ignore or alter them without the action of Congress. Government agencies and/or corporate bodies do not share the same rights of individual citizens.
The Democrats will continue to censor free speech to spin the false narratives that deflect attention away from the consequences of their failed policies. Donald Trump is the candidate that will protect free speech and the American democracy being attacked by the democrat bureaucrats.
