Please be careful when dining out, and if you do get ill after a meal, please do not neglect to report the incident.
For you will do yourself a favor plus other diners in that restaurant. Please report the incident to the Maricopa County Department of Environmental Services at maricopa.gov and click on the “File a Restaurant Complaint” in the left-hand column.
It only takes a few minutes to complete, and you will be preventing other townspeople from getting ill. In the past I just brushed it aside and let nature take its course, but I should have reported the incidents. Thank you!
