The Town of Fountain Hills will host the 2017 Next Generation Disc Golf National Championship at Fountain Park Friday through Sunday, Nov. 17-19.
The town’s championship disc golf course is located at Fountain Park in the center of town. It is a location that attracts a number of major disc golf tournaments on an annual basis.
The public is invited to come out and show support for this tournament but asked to be aware of the flying discs that will be in the area. “Disc golfers, like traditional golfers, are not always the most accurate, so please be sure to keep an eye out for flying discs during this tournament,” said organizers.
