On behalf of our board, I want to thank the Town Council for their unanimous support of a location on town property for the Arizona Dark Sky Discovery Center. We now can move on to the next phase of our project, which is the creation of architectural renderings, followed by a focus on fundraising.
If successful, this wonderful new attraction, which will include an observatory, planetarium, interactive exhibit hall and theater-style auditorium, will greatly benefit our community and our school district. More information can be found at darkskycenter.org.
