Vacancies still remain for a Bible-based evening activity program at First Baptist Church of Fountain Hills from Sunday, July 17 through 22.

“Submerged” is the water-related theme of the free event from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the church, 10215 N. Saguaro Blvd.

Youngsters starting with potty-trained three-year-olds on up to sixth graders will be submerged in God’s word.

Organizer Melissa Atwood said “take your kids on an adventure like no other.”

“As kids submerge themselves in God’s word, they will discover that Jesus didn’t just see what’s going on the outside of people. He looked deep down on the inside,” she said.

Activities will include Bible study, missions, music, crafts and games. Four waterslides will be available.
