All documents are shredded on site and brought to a recycling facility and recycled. There is a four-box limit of documents per person for the event. Documents must not be left unattended and will not be processed unless you are there in person.
Only soft cover folders can be shredded. To be helpful, loosen large bundles of papers and remove all clips, binding and other metal objects from the documents.
The town will also have a bulb crusher on hand for those needing to recycle spent fluorescent and CFL light bulbs.
Please do not park near the shredding truck in the parking lot.
This service is available for residents of Fountain Hills, the Verde Communities and the Fort McDowell Yavapai Nation.
