Dog park

The acrimonious dispute between dog park users and nearby residents could be solved by moving the location of the small dog corral to the opposite side of the park.

The new location would be farthest away from the residential area. Owner and dog noise would be at the opposite end of the park. It would also have the benefit of not having the housing structures reflect and amplify noise.

The highest concentration of dogs is in the small dog enclosure. It hosts the noisiest canines and the highest number of confrontations between dogs and owners. Materials could be moved/recycled to reduce costs. The relocation could also relieve parking congestion.
