Thanks to you the St. Vincent de Paul “Thrift Store Donation Drive” was a huge success.

Thank you Church of the Ascension and the people of Fountain Hills for your time, energy and generous donations.

We would like to thank Church of the Ascension for saying yes to the SVdP trucks, help with advertising, printing flyers, mounting the banner, and stuffing bulletins.

Thanks too, to The Fountain Hills Times for running our announcement article not once, but twice.

We would also like to thank the Town of Fountain Hills that waived the charge for our banner permit.

A big thank you goes to the entire Fountain Hills community who were very willing to support our drive and who came through the parking lot with the common phrase…..“We got stuff!”

Your donations filled one complete truck and three quarters of the other. We also logged 30 requests for pick-up of items too large to transport.

We received four bags of food for our pantry and also $120.

The life of these donations will go a long way to help fund our many programs, such as the Medical & Dental Clinic, our Transitional Shelter for the Disabled, the Ministry to the Homeless, and many more.
