Dorothy M. Wilhelm

Dorothy M. Wilhelm of Fountain Hills passed away peacefully on May 18, 2019.

Dorothy was born on April 8, 1931 in Gary, W. Va. She was a Registered Nurse, wife, mother, aunt, sister, “grams,” volunteer and friend while residing in Colorado, Ohio, Michigan, Oklahoma and Arizona.

Her husband, Gerard (Jerry), preceded her in passing. She is survived by her children, Karen Hathon (Chris), Tom Wilhelm (Davine), Janet Wilhelm-Wenzel (Greg) and grandsons, Dr. Spencer Wilhelm (Becca and great-grandson, Tyler) and ENS Jordan Wilhelm (ENS Amour Wilhelm).

A memorial gathering will be held at Messinger Fountain Hills Mortuary, 12065 N. Saguaro Blvd., Fountain Hills, AZ on Thursday, May 23, 2019 from 6 to 8 p.m.

A Memorial Mass will be conducted at Church of the Ascension, 12615 N. Fountain Hills Blvd., Fountain Hills AZ on Friday, May 24 at 10:30 a.m. followed by burial at National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona at 12:30 p.m.
