I appreciate the efforts in trying to develop the town and commend you and the Town Council in doing what you can to create a vibrant community.
I am not convinced, however, that it is prudent and in the town’s best interest to allow the development by the Shea construction group to go ahead without detailed plans, risk mitigation and contingency strategies in place. I have not seen either and would recommend for the plan not to be approved until these are made public.

Without these, how can we be sure that the plans are in everyone’s best interest? Given that this will be at the heart of our community it is critical we get it right.
