Verne Willard, DMD, who operated a dental practice in Fountain Hills, passed away unexpectedly on June 29.
A native of New England, Dr. Willard earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Vermont (1983) and his doctorate of dental medicine (1988) from the prestigious University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine.
He opened private practice in Vermont in 1989 and relocated to Arizona in 1997. He practiced in Scottsdale before opening up his Parkview Dentistry practice in Fountain Hills in 2001.
Dr. Willard is survived by two children.
Patients of Dr. Willard should know that the Parkview Dentistry practice will remain open and continue to serve them. There is currently a dentist working temporarily in the office to assist with any transition.
