Decades of indoctrination, instead of education, has finally permeated into the mainstream voting base in America. Astoundingly, social justice has overtaken economics and microaggressions (silencing speech) have replaced the freedoms our country was founded on.
When Bernie (now Hillary, too) push the impossible dream to provide free college and free healthcare to all living here – it’s a blessing to be a senior, to not witness the collapse of our once great country.
When tiny Vermont, population 626,042, wanted universal healthcare, they calculated startup would require an additional 11.5 percent payroll tax plus a 9.5 percent state income tax atop current rates, they walked, knowing it would devastate the economy. Workers pay into Medicare on average 45 years, then pay premiums, which doesn’t cover all, and still insolvent within 15 years!

Considering our population grows by about 4 million annually, much faster with open borders and “free stuff” magnet, plus refugee and immigrant birth rate is four times that of Americans, we’ll be Venezuela overnight, especially when one Zika baby care can cost $10 million. Few doctors accept Medicaid today, as they’re paid on average $6.50/hour, with 27 percent population on Medicaid.
Similar with “free college,” Analysts say by 2020, college students estimated to be 20 million, which could cost $5 trillion in new taxes every four years! Sadly, kids don’t understand that getting free college today, in exchange for 56 to 90 percent of their income (Federal tax only), the rest of their life is a bad deal. Just like they don’t see how free healthcare to all is paid for by high taxes for those working hard, as they pay for their own plus many others.
When government rewards people who don’t work, and punish those who work hard and succeed, the American dream is dead!
