The Fountain Hills lagoon is a ridiculous and dangerous idea. It will cost many millions of dollars to construct and there is no way that we are going to make money on it or draw people into it from out of Fountain Hills.

The most concerning issue, though, is that the Fountain and the lake are effluent water. When the Fountain is running there is always a splash factor, especially on windy days. How will we keep the Fountain going with the water from the fountain getting into the lagoon?

There will be outbreaks of E. coli and these outbreaks will get publicized and no one will want to use the lagoon after that. There may also be lawsuits against the town or the lagoon because E. coli can be very serious, especially in children.
