Economic development workshop is April 12

Residents of the community are invited to an open house-style Economic Development Workshop on Wednesday, April 12, from 4 to 5:30 p.m. at the Fountain Hills Community Center, 13001 N. La Montana Dr., in Ballroom 4.

The public is invited to stop by and provide feedback on eight areas: business attraction; demographics; design guidelines/placemaking; downtown/Town Center; marketing; revitalization/redevelopment; tourism and workforce housing.

“As the Town begins creating a new economic development strategy it’s extremely important to hear from our stakeholders on key focus areas for the future,” said Economic Development Director Amanda Jacobs. “I am looking forward to hearing from our residents, businesses and visitors.”
