Eileen Patricia Mahan, 71, of Fountain Hills, passed away Feb. 8, 2013 in Phoenix. Born in Toledo, Ohio she was a wife, mother and homemaker. In 1987, she and her husband moved to Arizona.
She has been active with Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church and was co-founder of Friendship Circle of Fountain Hills.
She is survived by her husband, Glen; daughter Christine Smyth of Phoenix; son, Allen of Seattle, Wash., son, Patrick of Phoenix; and a sister, Mary Ellen Gerhard of Kentwood, Mich.; and four grandchildren, Trevor, Ashley, Cole and Zane.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James Edward Rowley and Eulalia Rowley, and her brother, Michael John Rowley.
A memorial ceremony will be held at Shepherd of the Hills Lutheran Church, Sunday, Feb. 24, at 1 p.m.
