EPCOR to replace water main in Fountain Hills

Prolonged construction along Palisades Boulevard

The roughly 1.5 miles of piping will cause traffic delays through the end of 2026.

EPCOR will replace a water main along Palisades Boulevard starting April 21 and lasting through the end of the year.

This comes as part of an important system upgrade that will cause lane restrictions and impact traffic between Shea Boulevard and Sunridge Drive, according to a press release.

The roughly 1.5 miles of new water main will be one of the most impactful upgrades, EPCOR said in the release, replacing aging infrastructure to meet the needs of the Fountain Hills community.
