We all have expectations that we will always have green parks and black roads and we take town services for granted, as if they were our birthright.
We rely on and demand the immediate response of police/fire/emergency medical. We feel an entitlement to town-sponsored activities encompassing events, entertainment, sports, etc. We enjoy our parks, sport facilities, playgrounds, Community Center, water in the lake and the fountain sprouting hourly. We take pride and enjoy showing off our impressive community’s amenities to visitors.
We live in a beautiful community that has been continuously enhanced and well managed by our elected stewards of the town finances. These enviable conveniences were accomplished without a primary property tax. We do not pay one penny toward the town’s operating expenses and the revenue sources we depend on are diminishing. Fountain Hills, we have a problem.

Retain our expectations, entitlements and continue to be proud of all that we enjoy. Vote yes on the primary property tax.
