N-Shea Group, the developer for the Park Place apartments in Fountain Hills will have another year to collect its building permits for construction of Phase II and Phase III of the planned downtown apartment units.
The second and third phases of the project include 184 units and, according to town officials, the building plans have been approved and the permits are waiting to be issued when fees are paid.
The development agreement for Park Place allowed one year for permits to be picked up and construction to begin.
