Tim Yoder (aka Fred, Jr.) first came to Arizona in the early 1970s.

He and his dad started working with a contractor building houses in Fountain Hills. They eventually started Yoder Built Construction and over the years they built hundreds of homes, mostly in Fountain Hills.

Tim was also active with the Fire District serving on the board of commissioners for many years, much of that as chairman, until the Town of Fountain Hills dissolved the district in 2001.
