The Falcons managed to keep pretty busy over the weekend, with the wrestling squad hitting the road to take part in a two-day tournament and the boys and girls basketball teams staying home to host a double-header against Sedona Red Rock.

On the road Friday and Saturday, the Falcon grapplers took part in the Coolidge Lions Club Invitational, overcoming a slimmed down roster due to illness to catapult four wrestlers into high standings. Robbie Hugo finished second in his weight class, with Nico Smout taking third, Ka'inoa Reid and Max Jordan taking fourth and Daniel Butler taking fifth.

Meanwhile, back home, the boys and girls basketball teams welcomed Sedona to the high school courts for back-to-back competitions. The girls fell behind in a close outing, losing 32-22, while the boys managed to top their opponents, 66-45.
