Falcons swoop down on Gophers

The Fountain Hills High School Falcons football team rolled into Florence Friday afternoon and came away with their second victory.

Even though one parent described the game as a "nailbiter all the way," the Falcons improved their overall record to 2-0 in this non-conference game by a final score of 28-20 against the Gophers (0-2).

The Falcons return to their brand new artificial turf field Friday, Sept. 12, for a home game against Coolidge. Kickoff is at 7 p.m.
