Fearless Kitty Rescue held a free microchipping event for dog and cat owners in Fountain Hills.
Between 9 and 11 a.m. on March 21, local pet owners made their way to 16932 E. Avenue of the Fountains to get microchips put inside their furry friends.
“If your dog or your cat gets lost, the chances of finding it are just infinitesimally small if you don’t have it microchipped,” Fearless Kitty Rescue CEO and President Steve Hedden said. “So we want to put microchips in as many animals as we can. And we do it free to make it as easy as possible.”
