Fearless Kitty Rescue’s medical center firing on all cylinders in Fountain Hills

Local nonprofit Fearless Kitty Rescue opened a new medical center in Fountain Hills earlier this year to take in rescue kittens and make sure they’re healthy before putting them up for adoption.

So far, the results have been positive, according to president and CEO Steve Hedden.

“Now we have more cages and more space so we’re able to handle more incoming cats at a time,” Hedden said. “We’re taking animals from Yuma, Pinal County and Coconino County. We’re able to save more lives by doing that.”
